Do my customers need an app?
No. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are already on almost every phone. Anyone who doesn’t use a wallet opens the card in the browser.
What does it really cost?
Starter costs nothing — forever, with no payment details. Pro and Max are optional: they can be cancelled monthly or booked as a yearly subscription.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Lytchie charges no setup fee: the app walks you through setup step by step, so you can do it yourself — in under five minutes.
What is stored about my customers?
Only the first name is required, plus the stamps. The birthday only if customers enter it themselves (with Pro).
How do stamps from the old card carry over?
On the first visit, simply give the stamps from the old card as well — one tap per stamp.
What if customers can’t find their card?
Just have them scan the salon’s QR code again — on the poster or on your phone. On the same phone (in the same browser), “Open my club card” appears, and the card is back with all its stamps. On a new phone, you can bring it back with “Restore card” on the customer page, which comes with Pro.
Do I need an iPhone?
No. The app runs in the browser — on any phone, tablet or computer. For iPhone, it’s also on the App Store.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Starter has no minimum term and costs nothing — you can stop at any time. If you cancel Pro or Max, your plan runs until the end of the billing period, then Starter applies — customers and cards stay.
Can I delete my account myself?
Yes, at any time, without having to ask us: in the app under Menu → Account & security → “Delete salon and account”. If you have an active Pro or Max subscription, cancel it first.
